Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Boots

Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect your boots, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
